What it is
TraveloAcco is accounting software built for travel agencies. A general ledger assumes a business sells goods; an agency sells tickets, packages and visas on behalf of airlines and vendors, in several currencies, and its books have to follow the booking. TraveloAcco starts from that.
Who it is for
It is for agencies that keep bookings in one system and accounts in another, and reconcile the two by hand. The product puts customers, airlines, vendors, visa agents and banks in the same place as the money that moves between them.
How it works
The agency sets up its account, connects its booking sources, and works from there. Bookings carry their status and generate invoices automatically; payments to airlines, vendors and banks, and receipts from customers, are recorded as transactions against them; expenses are tracked as they happen. Reports are built to the agency's own needs.
Because it is financial data, every entry sits behind access controls, encryption and an audit trail.
