Team Lead Intern (Management & Client Project Track)

This is not a typical internship. We are looking for a fresh graduate who is ready to step into a leadership-track role — supporting the Team Lead in managing developers, coordinating project delivery, and communicating with clients in English. If you have the technical understanding, the communication skills, and the drive to grow into a leadership role — this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do:

• Support the Team Lead in coordinating tasks across the development team

• Assist in client communication and project status updates in English

• Help translate client requirements into actionable tasks for developers

• Monitor project timelines and flag bottlenecks early

• Learn end-to-end project delivery in an AI and software development environment

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology

• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal

• Basic understanding of AI and software development concepts

• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership

• Any personal projects or GitHub activity is a plus but not mandatory

• Must meet all CMIT eligibility criteria listed above
