About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing sales and customer experience professional to manage inbound inquiries from WhatsApp and Instagram and convert them into satisfied customers. If you enjoy conversations, understand customer needs, and can guide them toward the right purchase, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to 50–100 daily inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram promptly
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable gift options based on occasion and budget
Build strong customer relationships through friendly and engaging communication
Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach
Handle objections (pricing, advance payment, trust concerns) professionally
Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates
Accurately capture order details using internal systems
Collect customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials post-delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication style
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce (preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable and able to work assigned shifts
Passion for gifting, presentation, and customer satisfaction
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or gifting industry
Familiarity with Instagram trends and online selling
Knowledge of regional languages
