Sales executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our creative gifting team in Faisalabad. We offer premium customized gifting solutions — from luxury gift boxes and hampers to personalized keepsakes — and your role is to convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, guiding them from initial inquiry all the way to a closed order.

What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs with speed and warmth

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right gifting solutions from our product range

• Follow up on leads consistently and convert inquiries into confirmed, paid orders

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases

• Coordinate order details clearly with the creative and packaging team

• Work towards monthly conversion targets and order volume goals

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience — sales, retail, or customer service

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive communication skills — written and verbal

• Quick response time and strong follow-up habits

• Genuine interest in aesthetics, gifting, and delivering a great customer experience

• Comfortable working with WhatsApp and Instagram as primary sales tools

• A results-oriented mindset — you will be measured on conversions, not just conversations
