Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Expert

We are currently looking for a 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐒𝐐𝐀) Expert to join our team and ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Create and execute manual/automated test cases to ensure high-quality software standards.
𝐁𝐮𝐠 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Perform thorough testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and functional defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution.
𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Work with project teams to develop test plans, strategies, and documentation based on project requirements.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Conduct load, performance, and security tests to validate software under stress and ensure reliability.
𝐀𝐏𝐈 & 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Test APIs and backend services (using tools like Postman, SoapUI) for seamless integration.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Suggest improvements to enhance QA processes and reduce testing time.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.
At least 1year of experience in Technical QA or Software Testing
Proficient in using JIRA or other issue-tracking tools to report bugs and track test progress.
Ability to clearly communicate findings, document test cases, and collaborate with developers and project managers.
