About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Performance Marketer to join the TechloSet team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM), and optimize for results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixel/tag implementations, and analytics dashboards.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Proven expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads (campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences).
  • Proven expertise in TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, audience targeting).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
