Team Lead

Job Description:

Techloset Solutions is looking for an experienced team lead to manage a team of 5–8 developers while handling direct client communication and end-to-end project delivery. This is a dual-responsibility role — you will be the bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring AI and software solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of developers across AI and software development projects

• Communicate directly with clients in English — understanding their AI requirements, managing expectations, and providing regular updates

• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team

• Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery

• Maintain quality standards across all AI and software deliverables

• Take ownership of project outcomes from kickoff to final handover

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Project Manager, or similar role

• Strong technical knowledge in AI and software development

• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and modern software development workflows

• Excellent English communication skills written and verbal

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• A problem-solver who leads by example and delivers without being micromanaged
