My Quran App

Learn Quran and Namaz, on iOS, Android and the web.

A free learning app for the Quran and Namaz. Beginners start with Noorani Qaida; students follow a step-by-step Namaz guide, learn Tajweed by recording their recitation and sending it to a teacher, and join live classes. Prayer times sit on the home screen.

What it is

My Quran App is a free app for learning to read the Quran and to pray, with real teachers behind it. It is run as a charitable effort — teaching the Quran as Sadaqah Jariyah, a continuing charity — so there is no charge for the lessons or the classes.

02

Who it is for

It is for learners of any age, and especially beginners: someone starting from the Arabic alphabet, a child learning Namaz, or an adult who wants their recitation corrected and has no teacher nearby.

03

How it works

Learning runs in three steps. The student listens to guided audio lessons for Qaida and Namaz and practises along. They record their own recitation and send it to their assigned teacher, who replies by voice message and chat. And they join free live classes.

Around the lessons the app carries the full Quran by Juz and Surah with Urdu audio translation, bookmarks and offline reading, and prayer times for the user's location with reminders.
