Lesson 13 of 30 · 6 min
Reminder set for after school
Learning apps
Lessons short enough to finish, and an app that notices the first missed day.
Education
A parent's question answered the next day, an application abandoned on page two, a learner who stops after the fourth lesson, a live class with no student in it. We find which costs you most and build the fix.
The leak
A family or a learner simply stops, and nothing records why. Flip the switch to see the same four moments with the system in place.
Do you have a place for a 3-year-old in September?

A paid hour with no student
Before anything is built, we measure each of these and put a monthly number on it.
What we build
Enquiries sit in an inbox, applications in a PDF, attendance in a register and progress in the app. We connect them, so a school sees a family, and an app sees a learner, from the first question onward.
Today
Admissions inbox
Read in office hours. Parents write after bedtime.
Application PDF
Six pages to print, sign, scan and send back.
Class timetable
A time and a link. No idea who is about to miss it.
App analytics
Counts the drop-off in a chart, a month later.
One learner record
The parent's first question, the place offered, each class attended and each lesson finished belong to one learner.
Staff see who enquired, who stalled and who is slipping, while there is still time to act.

Recitation, lesson 8
Teacher and learner both reminded
Live and voice classes that start on time, with reminders in each learner's own time zone.
Question to tour in one visit
A site that answers what parents ask first: fees, places, hours and how to visit.
Lovely to meet Zoya on Thursday. Her place is held until Friday. Shall I send the form?
Application started
Every enquiry answered at once, and followed up until the family has toured or said no.
Illustrative screens. What gets built follows the audit.
Who builds it
We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.
Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

Quran Learning App
Learn Quran and Namaz, on iOS, Android and the web.
A free learning app for the Quran and Namaz. Beginners start with Noorani Qaida; students follow a step-by-step Namaz guide, learn Tajweed by recording their recitation and sending it to a teacher, and join live classes. Prayer times sit on the home screen.

Preschool Website
Website for an international preschool and daycare in Hyderabad.
The site for High Five International Preschool in Hyderabad, for children from 16 months to nine years: programmes from day care to Grade 3, the Kreedo curriculum, how the campus keeps children safe, and an admissions enquiry or campus visit one click from every page.

The same engineering, pointed at your numbers. That's the work.

Wired into the school system, website and app you already run.
Answers
No. It answers the questions that have one answer: fees, places, hours, dates. A conversation about a particular child goes to a person, with the thread attached. In a learning app it tells a teacher which learner needs them this week, and why.
We collect as little as the job needs, keep it on accounts the school or the app's owner controls, and agree where it is stored before anything is built. Which rules apply depends on where your families are, and the audit covers that with whoever is responsible for data and safeguarding.
No. The first build plugs into the school system, website and app you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.
Yes, as client work shown on this page: My Quran App, a learning app on iOS, Android and the web with live classes and voice lessons, and the website for High Five, an international preschool and daycare.
The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.
The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.

Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.
We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
