Shopify storefronts
Storefronts built around the product, and fast on the phone most shoppers use.
Retail & E-commerce
A cart dropped at the shipping price, a best-seller sold out in the one size people want, a 'where is my order?' answered a day late, a return that became a refund. We find which costs you most and build the fix.
The leak
None of these is counted as a failed sale in your analytics. Flip the switch to see the same store with the system in place.

Eight buyers sent to a competitor

What we build
The theme, the checkout, a dozen apps and the support inbox were each added to fix one thing. We rebuild the path from product page to delivered order so they work as one store.
Today
Theme and apps
Twelve plug-ins, each adding weight to every page.
Checkout
One currency, with duties revealed at the last step.
Stock sheet
Says "sold out", and takes no names.
Support inbox
Answers "where is my order?" by hand, all day.
One store
The price a shopper sees in Berlin, the stock behind it and the tracking after it come from the same place.
Every order shows where it came from, where it is and whether the customer came back.

Built into the theme · no extra app
Quizzes, bundles and rewards built into the theme itself, instead of bolted on as apps.
No surprise at the last step
Prices, duties and shipping in the shopper's own currency, shown before the last step.
No oversell
Stock capped · 6 asked to be told
Drop-day stores that take the rush, cap what is sold and keep the names of those who missed out.
Illustrative screens. What gets built follows the audit.
Who builds it
GulNGifts is our own gifting brand. We measured it: slow replies, not traffic, were costing us orders, so a leads engine now follows up every enquiry. That is the same audit we would run on your store.
Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

Shopify Store
Premium insulated tumblers, drinkware and coolers.
BrüMate's storefront for insulated tumblers, leakproof drinkware, coolers and hydration packs: limited collections, a quiz that matches a shopper to a product, rewards and order tracking — built and customized on Shopify.

Fashion E-commerce
Luxury fashion that empowers Indigenous weavers.
The store for VOZ, an artisanal luxury fashion brand made in collaboration with Indigenous Mapuche weavers: handmade pieces in alpaca, cashmere and Pima cotton, multi-currency checkout, and private styling appointments in its Chelsea studio or online.

Event Merchandise Store
The merchandise store for a consumer-events company.
The online store for Ventures, the company behind events such as the Milwaukee Sports Show, the Central Ohio Home & Garden show and the Wine & Food Experience: merchandise and gear for each event, on Shopify.

The same engineering, pointed at your numbers. That's the work.

No. The client stores on this page are all on Shopify, and the first build usually works inside the theme and checkout you have. A rebuild happens only when the audit shows the theme itself is the cost.
Because each app fixes one thing and adds weight to every page. The audit lists what each one earns against what it costs in speed and fees. Some stay. The ones that do not are replaced by something built into the store.
The audit starts with a baseline: where shoppers leave, by step, device and country. The same measurement runs after the build, so the change is a number and not an impression.
Yes, as client work shown on this page: the Shopify stores for BrüMate, VOZ Apparel and Ventures Events. We also run a store of our own, the gifting brand GulNGifts.
The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.
The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.

Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.
We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
