Client intake
Intake taken in full at any hour, the parties noted for a conflict check, and the consultation booked.
Legal
A caller who needed Spanish and got voicemail, documents chased for a month, time that never reached the timesheet, clients ringing for an update. We find which costs you most and build the fix.
The leak
None of it appears on a timesheet. Flip the switch to see the same week with the system in place.

What we build
Intake is on a paper form, documents are in email, time is rebuilt on Friday and status lives in a paralegal's head. We put them on the matter, so a client is answered without anyone stopping billable work.
Today
Voicemail
Takes a name after hours, in English only.
Intake form
Filled in by hand, then typed into the system again.
Email threads
Hold the documents. Cannot say which are missing.
Friday timesheets
A week of calls and emails, rebuilt from memory.
One matter file
The intake call taken on Saturday and the update a client reads on Tuesday come from the same matter.
Every matter shows what was asked for, what arrived, what was said and what is owed.

Illustrative screens. What gets built follows the audit.
Who builds it
We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.
Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

Law Firm Client Intake Software
Autonomous client communication for law firms.
Trailmate takes client-facing work off a law firm's team: intake and qualification, evidence and document collection, ongoing updates and check-ins. Staff describe the assignment in plain English, Trailmate breaks it into tasks, and completes them in conversation with the client.

The same engineering, pointed at your numbers. That's the work.

We charge for the diagnosis the way you charge for a consultation: $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build. The roadmap is yours either way.

No. It takes intake, collects documents, books consultations and reports status from the case file. Anything that calls for legal judgement goes to an attorney with the conversation attached, and the client is told that is what is happening.
That is settled before anything is built. We design each system to run on accounts the firm controls, with access by role and a log of every read and write, the same approach as our healthcare work. The audit covers where client information lives and which vendors touch it, with whoever answers for the firm's compliance.
No. The first build plugs into the case management system, inbox and phone line you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.
Yes: Trailmate, an AI platform that handles a law firm's intake, document collection and case updates in conversation with clients, is client work shown on this page.
The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.
The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.

Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.
We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
