Trailmate is an AI agent that handles a law firm's communication with its clients. It does the chasing: intake questions, missing documents, follow-ups and case updates, carried out in conversation with the client and reported back to the firm.

How it works
A member of staff types the assignment in plain English. Trailmate breaks it into tasks, then completes them by talking to the client directly — asking, collecting, following up until the answer is complete — while staff watch progress and supervise the outcome.
