Online ordering
Direct ordering by phone and web, straight to the kitchen and without a marketplace's cut.

Food & Restaurants
Orders that ring out during the rush, regulars who order through a marketplace, a sold-out dish still on sale online, a table for six that never shows. We find which costs you most and build the fix.
The leak
None of it is on the night's sales report. Flip the switch to see the same service with the system in place.

What we build
The POS, the delivery tablets, the reservations book and the phone each run their own version of tonight. We connect them, so the menu is right everywhere and a regular is a name instead of an order number.
Today
The phone
Rings through service. The order is on a notepad, maybe.
Delivery tablets
Three of them, each with its own menu and its own cut.
Reservations book
A name and a time. No deposit, no reminder.
The POS
Counts what sold. Cannot say who the regulars are.
One service
The dish the kitchen runs out of at 8:05 is gone from every menu at 8:05, and the guest who orders it every Friday has a name.
Tonight's orders, covers and sold-out dishes on one screen, as they happen.

Sorry about the wait on Friday, Dana. That is on us. Can we make it right this week?

Every review answered in your voice, and the unhappy ones flagged to you before they spread.
Illustrative screens. What gets built follows the audit.
Who builds it
We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.
Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

Restaurant Website
The website for Daniel Boulud's Café Boulud at Maison Barnes.
The site for Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant on Manhattan's Upper East Side: the story of the room, a menu written around its four culinary muses, private dining and experiences, with reservations a click away from every page.

Grocery Delivery App
Ultra-fast delivery of groceries, prepared food and essentials.
Go Grocer delivers freshly prepared meals, alcohol, groceries and everyday essentials within minutes, packed at a nearby store and sent straight to the door. Ordering is a few taps, from one app.

Restaurant Pre-Order App
To-go ordering from 200+ restaurants nearby.
ORDA lets people pre-order lunch from more than 200 partner restaurants across Germany, choose when it should be ready, pay in the app and pick it up without queueing. Feeless, cashless and contactless.

Food Delivery App
Home ordering from a major food wholesaler.
Bidfood Home brings a food-service wholesaler's range to home cooks in the UAE: appetizers, main courses, desserts and restaurant-grade ingredients, ordered in the app and delivered to the door.

Restaurant Menu Design Software
A menu design editor for restaurants.
A design editor for restaurant menus, built on IMG.LY's CE.SDK. Owners start from a curated library of menu templates, edit, save and keep the menu current, then download high-resolution, watermark-free files to print or share.

The same engineering, pointed at your numbers. That's the work.

Answers
No. The first build plugs into the POS, reservations system, delivery accounts and phone line you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.
Yes. It answers, takes the order, reads it back, gives a pickup time and sends it to the same screen as your other orders. A caller who wants a person, or has an allergy question you want staff to handle, is handed over. We have built AI phone ordering as part of our voice-agent work.
No. They bring people who have never heard of you. The leak is the regular who orders through them every week. The first build usually gives those repeat orders a direct route and leaves the marketplaces to do what they are good at.
Yes, as client work shown on this page: the website for Café Boulud NYC, the Go Grocer, ORDA and Bidfood Home ordering apps, and Flapjack, a menu editor for restaurants.
The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.
The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.

Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.
We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
