Wellness

A wellness product is judged on day thirty. We build what keeps the routine going.

A habit that breaks in the first week, a device that never pairs, a refill that runs out unnoticed, a retreat with places left unsold. We find which costs you most and build the fix.

The leak

Day one is easy. Day thirty is the business.

Nobody writes to say the routine stopped. Flip the switch to see the same customer with the system in place.

What we build

One customer record across the app, the device and the shop.

The app knows the sessions, the device knows the hours and the shop knows the orders, and none of them knows the others. We join them, so the brand can see a routine forming or fading.

Today

  • The app

Counts downloads. Loses sight of people after week one.

  • The device

Knows it was switched on. Tells nobody when it stopped.

  • The shop

Sees one order. No idea the bottle is nearly empty.

  • Retreat inbox

Enquiries answered once, then left to decide alone.

One customer record

A missed session, an idle device and a refill that is due are the same person, and one message can answer all three.

  1. PracticeSessions that fit the day they are in
  2. DevicePaired once, noticed if idle
  3. RefillsOffered before they run out
  4. RetreatsEnquiries followed to a deposit

The brand sees who is building a routine, who is fading and what each needs next.

Who builds it

Engineers who ship, since 2018.

We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.

How to start

Start with a number, not a platform.

The diagnosis is paid work: $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build. The roadmap is yours either way.

    Opportunity Call

    30 min

With an engineer, not a salesperson

We name the processes worth fixing and the ones that are not. If it is not worth it yet, we tell you plainly.

  2. 02 · Then

    The audit

    $3,000

14 days · credited to the build

Every process scored by payback, and a roadmap with a monthly number on each line.

  3. 03 · After the audit

    ~4 weeks

    Highest payback first

Wired into the app, device and store you already run.

Answers

Asked on the first call

Is this medical or therapeutic advice?

No. The system suggests sessions, routines and products. It does not diagnose, treat or advise on a health condition, and it says so. Anything that sounds like a health concern is pointed to a professional.

Won't more reminders just annoy people?

Reminders do. A shorter session on a day someone is clearly busy does not. The build decides when to say nothing, and people choose the channel and the hour.

Do we have to rebuild our app or leave our store platform?

No. The first build plugs into the app, device and store platform you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.

Have you built for wellness before?

Yes, as client work shown on this page: Peach Mindfulness, meditation chosen by AI and delivered by text message; AromaConnect, the companion app for Young Living's smart diffusers; and the Gaia Marketplace store on Shopify.

What does it cost?

The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.

How long until something is live?

The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.

Find out exactly where AI pays for itself in your business.

Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.

  • 30 minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson

We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
