Gaming & Web3

Players decide in the first minute. We build games and Web3 that survive it.

A sign-up wall before the first round, one friend who cannot join the lobby, a mint that fails without a word, a player who goes quiet on day three. We find which costs you most and build the fix.

The leak

Won or lost in the first minute.

A player who leaves in the first session never files a complaint. Flip the switch to see the same launch with the system in place.

What we build

One player record: the install, the lobby, the wallet, the perk.

Analytics sees a drop-off, the store sees a review, the chain sees a transaction and Discord sees a complaint. We join them, so a failed mint or a quiet player is something you can act on the same day.

Today

  • Analytics

Shows the drop-off as a chart, a week after it happened.

  • App store

Collects the one-star review. Not what caused it.

  • The chain

Records the transaction. Says nothing about the person.

  • Discord

Where a failed mint is reported, in public, at 2 am.

One player record

The friend who joins by link on Friday and the wallet that unlocks a perk in March are one player.

Who builds it

Engineers who ship, since 2018.

We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.

Start with a number, not a platform.

Answers

Asked on the first call

Do we have to rebuild the game?

No. The first build goes into the product you already have: the onboarding, the lobby, the wallet flow, whichever the audit shows is costing the most. A rebuild is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.

Which chains and wallets do you work with?

That follows where your holders already are. Strange Society, shown on this page, covers minting, staking, wallet connection and holder perks. The audit confirms the chain, the wallets and the contracts before we quote a build.

What happens when a mint fails at 2 am?

The buyer is told what happened in plain words, the mint is retried or resumed when the wallet reconnects, and your team gets the wallet and the transaction instead of a screenshot in Discord. Anything that looks like a contract problem alerts a person.

Have you built games and Web3 products before?

Yes, as client work shown on this page: Pocket Party Games, more than 150 party games for groups on iOS and Android, and Strange Society, an NFT collection site with minting, staking, wallet connection and holder perks.

What does it cost?

The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.

How long until something is live?

The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.
