What it is
Ooma Office is a phone service for small businesses, and this is its mobile app. It puts the business line on an employee's own phone: calls and messages go out and come in on the company number, wherever the person is.
Who it is for
It is for staff who are not always at a desk. The office number, the extensions and the voicemail all travel with the person, whether they are at home, at work or somewhere else.
How it works
An existing customer signs in with their phone number, extension and password, and business calls start arriving in the app. From there they can dial a colleague by extension, transfer a call, hold a group call, message a group, and flip a live call between the desk phone and the mobile. Voicemail is available in the app.
