What it is
Zen Hair is the online store of Zen Luxury Extensions, a supplier of professional hair extensions and everything needed to fit and look after them. It sells to working stylists and salons first, and to retail customers alongside.
What it sells
The catalogue is organised the way a stylist thinks: by method. Wefts, clip-ins, ponytails, tapes, micro-ring and nano tips, and pre-bonded tips, across named collections. Beside the hair are the tools — rings, threads, pliers, adhesives, removers, training heads — plus aftercare and an outlet.
A colour chart and colour rings help match a shade before ordering, an education section covers training, and trade accounts, brand ambassadors and affiliates each have their own sign-up. Weekday orders placed before the afternoon cut-off are dispatched the same day.
The back office
Behind the storefront is a separate admin console, branded for the business's Arabia operation, where staff sign in to run the store. It is login-only, so the link shows the door and nothing more.
