Business Developer

Job Description:

Techloset Solutions is looking for a B2B Lead Generation Expert with a strong background in outbound growth and LinkedIn outreach. We need someone who knows how to identify the right decision-makers, build targeted prospect lists, craft compelling outreach, and move leads through the pipeline — all the way to a closed deal. You will be selling Techloset's AI-driven solutions to businesses that need custom AI development for their operations.

What You Will Do:

• Build and manage targeted prospect lists of high-potential leads who can benefit from AI solutions

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email

• Use Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter , Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot to find, reach, and follow up with prospects

• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal

• Continuously refine outreach messaging based on performance and conversion data

• Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Familiarity with prospecting and outreach tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot

• Strong written communication and persuasion skills in English

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or tech industry is a plus

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning the full outreach cycle

Compensation:

Base salary + commission structure — details will be discussed during the interview
