Job Description:
Techloset Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Developer with a strong background in B2B sales and outbound growth. We need someone who knows how to identify the right decision-makers, craft compelling outreach, and close deals through LinkedIn and email. You will be selling Techloset's AI-driven solutions to businesses that need custom AI development for their operations.
What You Will Do:
Identify and research high-potential prospects who can benefit from AI solutions
Execute targeted outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal
Continuously refine outreach messaging based on performance and conversion data
Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound growth
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach with measurable results
Excellent written communication and persuasion skills in English
Experience in AI, SaaS, or tech industry
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle
Compensation:
Base salary + commission structure — details will be discussed during the interview
