$3,000 · 14 Days · Credited to the Build

Two Weeks of an AI Engineer Inside Your Business.

Not a report from a template. A forward-deployed engineer maps how your company actually runs, scores every process by AI payback, and hands you a prioritized roadmap with a monthly number on each line. You keep the plan whether or not we build a thing.

Fixed price, fixed scope · Credited 100% to your build · We run 3 companies on the systems we recommend

You've been sold tools. Nobody has given you a plan.

Five deliverables in 14 days. Not one slide deck.

Days 1–2

The Reality Check

One page: where your team's hours actually go, and the three fastest wins we can already see. If the audit stopped here, you'd still have something to act on.

Days 3–7

Customer Journey Map + Cost Analysis

How work and customers move through your business, annotated with every drop-off and delay, what each one costs you per year, and what automating it would save.

Days 8–9

Competitive Gap Analysis

Two pages on what businesses in your market already automate: response times, follow-up, reporting. And precisely where you're behind.

Days 10–12

Prioritized Opportunity List

A live sheet ranking your top five automations by payback period, build cost, and disruption to your team. Sorted so you know what to do first.

Days 13–14

The Action Plan

A 3 to 5 page document you can put in front of your partners: what to build, in what order, what it costs, what it returns, and how you'll measure it.

Why our audit and not a consultancy's.

14 days, not 14 weeks

Big consultancies bill by the month because the timeline is the product. Ours is fixed because the deliverables are.

Fixed price, no scope creep

$3,000 covers everything above. There is no change order, no discovery phase, no phase-two invoice.

A roadmap, not a shopping list

We take no vendor referral fees. Nothing lands in your action plan because someone pays us to put it there.

We build what we recommend

Every system in your roadmap is something we've built and run, most of them inside our own three companies. We're not recommending theory.

How it works.

01

Discovery Call

30 minutes, no charge. We confirm the audit is right for you before taking a dollar.

02

The Audit

14 days, $3,000. Two workshops with your team; the rest happens on our side.

03

Execute

Day 15 onward. Take the plan to any developer, or have us build it (AI Build, from $15,000).

The math on waiting.

$4,000/mo

in senior time spent debating AI

$24,000

spent over six months, nothing shipped

$3,000

for a plan you can execute in two weeks

The audit costs less than one month of the meeting you keep rescheduling.

Is the audit for you?

A good fit

  • A business with real volume: inquiries, orders, calls, or paperwork
  • $1M–$100M in annual revenue
  • A mandate to “do AI” but no roadmap to follow
  • Someone internally who can give us two workshop sessions
  • You need numbers you can defend to partners or a board

Not a fit

  • You want us to build first and work out why later
  • You need a security or compliance audit. That's a different engagement
  • You're a solo operator with no team and no volume yet
  • You already know exactly what to build. Go straight to AI Build

Four audits a month. That's the ceiling.

It's a two-week engagement with real senior time in it. Book the discovery call and we'll confirm the fit before you pay anything.

Questions we get about the audit.

Why $3,000? What makes it worth that?

Because the alternative is a $40,000 build aimed at the wrong problem. The audit's job is to make sure the money you spend next is spent right.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Two sessions, about 90 minutes each, usually you and whoever runs operations. Everything else happens on our side.

Do you need access to our data?

No. We map workflows and volumes, not records. Where a business handles regulated data, healthcare included, nothing sensitive changes hands during the audit.

What if we already use some AI tools?

Good. We'll audit what you have, tell you what's earning its keep, and what to cut. Several audits have ended with the client spending less on software, not more.

Do I have to hire you to build it?

No. The action plan is written so any competent developer can execute it. Roughly half of our audit clients hire us; the rest we're glad to have helped.

How many audits do you run at once?

Four a month, maximum. It's a two-week engagement with real senior time in it. We can't run more and keep them good.

What if the audit says AI isn't worth it for us?

Then that's what the action plan says, and you've avoided a six-figure mistake for $3,000.

Fourteen days from now, you'll have a plan.

Or another six months of the same conversation.
