Agriculture

A flock shows trouble days before the losses. We build the system that sees it.

Shed numbers kept on paper, feed ordered on a guess, a batch whose profit nobody knows until it is sold, buyers answered a day late. We find which costs you most and build the fix.

The leak

The numbers arrive after the damage.

A problem a farm finds on paper is already days old. Flip the switch to see the same batch with the system in place.

Before anything is built, we measure each of these and put a monthly number on it.

What we build

One daily record for every shed, bin and batch.

The shed numbers are on a clipboard, feed is in the supplier's texts and the batch's profit is in an accountant's file. We put them on one record that is updated every day and read every morning.

Today

  • Shed clipboard

Mortality, feed and water. Written daily, read weekly.

  • Supplier texts

Feed ordered when somebody notices the bin.

  • The evening call

The owner phones each manager to ask how it went.

  • Season-end accounts

The batch's real margin, a month after it sold.

One daily record

What a manager enters at 6 am is the number behind the alert, the feed order, the batch's profit and the answer a buyer gets.

Who builds it

We run farm software ourselves.

PoultryFast is our own farm software, and the company behind it runs on a daily cadence we built: a morning pulse from live numbers, the day's outreach drafted early. This vertical is not theoretical for us.

How to start

Start with a number, not a platform.

The diagnosis is paid work: $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build. The roadmap is yours either way.

Answers

Asked on the first call

Our managers are not office people. Will they use it?

We design for a phone in a shed: a handful of numbers a day, entered in under a minute, in the language the team speaks. If entry takes longer than the clipboard it will not be used, so that is the first thing the audit tests.

We already keep records in spreadsheets. Do we start again?

No. Past batches are brought in, so the system knows what is normal for your flock from the first day, and the first build feeds the reports you already rely on.

Is this only for poultry?

Poultry is what we know best, because we run PoultryFast. The same pattern, daily numbers, stock counted in days left and cost per unit, applies to other livestock and to crops. The audit is where we check how much of it fits your operation.

Have you built for farms before?

We run farm software ourselves: PoultryFast is our own product, shown on the home page with the other companies we run. We have not published a client case study in agriculture, and we would rather say so. The audit is where the numbers are proved on your farm, before you pay for a build.

What does it cost?

The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.

How long until something is live?

The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.
