A workshop earns when the bays turn. We build what keeps cars moving through them.

Cars waiting on a lift for a customer to call back, bays blocked by a part nobody ordered, advised work never followed up, labour that never reaches the invoice. We find which costs you most and build the fix.

What we build

One job card, from the booking to the collection.

The diary knows the booking, the parts desk knows the order, the advisor knows what was said and the invoice knows none of it. We put the whole job on one card that the front desk, the bay and the customer share.

Today

  • Booking diary

A name and a time. Not what the car needs.

  • Parts desk

Orders once the car is already on the lift.

  • Advisor's phone

Approvals by voicemail, one missed call at a time.

  • The invoice

Lists the advised work once, then forgets it.

One job card

The booking made on Sunday night already knows the parts, the bay, the approval and the work to mention next time.

Who builds it

Engineers who ship, since 2018.

We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.

Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

How to start

Start with a number, not a platform.

We charge for the diagnosis the way a workshop charges for diagnostics: $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build. The roadmap is yours either way.

  1. 01 · First

    Opportunity Call

    30 min

With an engineer, not a salesperson

We name the processes worth fixing and the ones that are not. If it is not worth it yet, we tell you plainly.

  2. 02 · Then

    The audit

    $3,000

14 days · credited to the build

Every process scored by payback, and a roadmap with a monthly number on each line.

  3. 03 · After the audit

    The first build

    ~4 weeks

    Highest payback first

Wired into the workshop system, diary and phone line you already run.

Answers

Asked on the first call

Does it work with our workshop management system?

No. The first build plugs into the workshop system, parts suppliers, diary and phone line you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.

Will customers approve work by text? Ours prefer a call.

Some do, and they still get one. But a photo of the worn part with a price and a button gets answered between meetings, where a voicemail waits until five. The audit measures how long approvals take you today, so this is a number before it is a build.

Does it make technical decisions?

No. A technician finds the fault and an advisor decides what to recommend. The system carries the message, the photo, the price and the reminder.

Have you built for workshops and dealers before?

Not as a published case study, and we would rather say so. The parts are ones we have built and run: booking, reminders and rebooking in ClinicOS, our own clinic product with a live demo, and an engine that chases every enquiry at GulNGifts, our own store. The audit is where the numbers are proved on your workshop, before you pay for a build.

What does it cost?

The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.

How long until something is live?

The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.
