Calls missed on the tools, quotes nobody chased, vans crossing town twice, extras that never reach the invoice. We find which costs you most and build the fix.
The leak
None of them is written on a job sheet. Flip the switch to see the same four moments with the system in place.

What we build
The call is in a voicemail, the quote in an email, the route in someone's head and the extras on the back of a hand. We put the job on one record that the office, the van and the customer all see.

Voicemail
Fills up while you work. Emergencies do not leave messages.

Friday invoicing
Written from memory, a week after the work.
One job record
The call at 2:10, the quote, the route and the invoice are the same job from start to finish.
Every job shows who took it, what was quoted, what was fitted and whether it is paid.

Who builds it
We have built production software for clients since 2018, and we run our own three companies on systems we built. The audit is two weeks of an engineer inside your business, not a questionnaire.
Three companies of our own run this way: a gifting brand, a services firm and farm software.

We charge for the diagnosis the way you charge for a call-out: $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build. The roadmap is yours either way.

No. The first build plugs into the job software, calendar and phone number you already run. Replacing any of it is a separate decision, made later and with numbers.
It quotes the ones that are: the jobs in your price book, by your rules. Anything that needs eyes on site is booked as a survey visit instead of guessed at. The audit is where we find out how much of your work is the first kind.
It goes to a person at once, with the address, the problem and everything said so far. You set what counts as an emergency and who is on call for it.
Not as a published case study, and we would rather say so. The parts are ones we have built and run: call answering and booking in ClinicOS, our own clinic product with a live demo, and an engine that follows up every enquiry at GulNGifts, our own store. The audit is where the numbers are proved on your business, before you pay for a build.
The audit is $3,000, fixed, and credited in full to the first build. Builds start from $15,000 and are priced from the audit's roadmap, so you see the monthly number each one is expected to recover before you commit to it.
The audit takes 14 days. The first build ships in about four weeks. We build the highest-payback system first rather than everything at once.
Book a call
Start with a 30-minute call. If the numbers say AI isn't worth it for you yet, we'll tell you that too.
We onboard a few companies at a time. Naveed Sarwar, founder, sits in on every audit — because the map is the product.
